Setchem, avec une conformit\u00e9 BBBEE de niveau 2, est en train de devenir une entreprise capable de concevoir, de fabriquer et de construire des \u00e9quipements et des installations dans la mesure n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de notre strat\u00e9gie BBBEE. Les comp\u00e9tences requises sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9es pour d\u00e9velopper une entreprise capable de fournir et de construire des \u00e9quipements et des usines en plus de son activit\u00e9 principale de fourniture de floculants et de coagulants aux clients des secteurs de l'exploitation mini\u00e8re et du traitement des min\u00e9raux.<\/p>

Cette transformation implique le d\u00e9veloppement d'une \u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs chimistes et de m\u00e9tallurgistes afin de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences de base dans le domaine des \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9paration liquide-solide, y compris les travaux de laboratoire et les essais pilotes, la R&D, la s\u00e9lection des \u00e9quipements, le dimensionnement, les sp\u00e9cifications et la conception des processus pour les applications d'\u00e9paississement, de clarification et de filtration.<\/p>
