Compared with conventional horizontal ball mills, BGRIMM-MAT grinding and scrubbing equipment are suitable for fine particle grinding (≤1000 micron), with energy saving by 20~40%, and media saving by 30%~50%. Over past 60 years BGRIMM-MAT has successfully developed grinding and scrubbing technology in three major production lines with hundreds of applications globally. The three technologies are listed below:

GJM IMPELLER/ROD MILL GJM impeller and rod stirred mills adopt Interchangeable Agitators, either impeller or rod agitators to meet different requirements. These mills are mainly used for scrubbing and ultra-fine grinding of non-metallic mineral such as graphite, kaolin, mica, etc.

GCX ATTRITION SCRUBBER GCX attrition scrubber is a non-media scrubber, which mainly consists of a reducer drive system, a polygonal tank and turbine blade agitator. It is used in removing impurities and polishing of mineral surface, washing soil , mixing cement and pulp, etc. It can be widely used in phosphorus, quartz and lithium pyroxene processing plants.

KLM VERTICAL MILL KLM vertical mill is universally recognized as the equipment of energy-saving and high efficiency. The vertical mill has a reducer drive system, Replaceable Wear-Resistent Spiral Agitator and an on-line monitoring & control system. It usually uses high chromium steel balls as grinding media. It can be used for regrinding and fine grinding of metallic minerals such as iron, lead-zinc, bauxite, molybdenum, copper-nickel and so on.
