Roald brings with him more than 20 years of engineering and product development experience in various industries, including mineral processing and aeronautics.

A mechanical engineer by profession, Roald has led the R&D and detailed engineering effort on multiple product lines for mineral processing plants on a global basis.

Roald’s prior experience in driving the product development and engineering design process for large multinational companies brings the essential skills to provide the engineering support for Roytec Global’s continued growth into international markets.
